The Company		Jasper Asset Management (JAM) provides a full life-cycle of services, from strategy to launch to asset sale, to private equity funds, investment companies and family offices. JAM also acts as an arranger for Jasper Capital originated private equity funds and as a placement agent for select third-party private equity funds. JAM advises its clients on creating and managing investment structures that are private equity funds (focused on industrial, energy, technology, supply chain and real estate sectors), on the establishment of investment companies seeking exposure to North America, Asia and European asset classes and on fund strategies generally.
Recent Activities		JAM is currently working with partners to develop a regional media investment vehicle for a MENA focused and mezzanine finance company.
